5th December - 6th December 2026

A weekend of big questions, good food and good company in Westport.

What makes a conversation worth having? Join us at Tertulia Bookshop in Westport Co. Mayo for an evening of enquiry with wine, refreshments and nibbles, after a two-course dinner on the Quay.

The weekend is open to all Philosopher’s Hat Club members and to anyone new who is curious to join us. No philosophy background is required, only an open mind and a love of good questions. On Sunday morning we’ll reflect on the evening and hold a meta-discussion to help shape the future of the club.
